1、中文摘要农业对外投资是我国农业“走出去”战略的重要组成部分。“十二五”时期发展我国农业对外投资对提高我国农业企业国际竞争力，保障我国粮食安全，提升我国国家地位具有十分重大的意义。本文首先介绍了我国农业对外投资的发展历程及现状，总结了“十一五”期间我国农业对外投资的发展特点并分析了我国农业对外投资的动因及经济效应。然后用SWOT分析方法得出我国农业对外投资具有坚实的经济后盾，相对领先的农业技术，更趋稳固的对外合作基础等优势，但是存在农业跨国企业竞争力较弱，农业对外投资项目融资困难等劣势；同时全球一体化趋势、我国“走出去”战略的新发展为“十二五”时期开展农业对外投资战略带来重大机遇

2、，但是发达国家农业跨国公司主导能力日益增强，粮食安全问题日益凸显，世界经济复苏缓慢等为我国农业对外投资带来严峻的挑战。最后基于“十二五”时期开展农业对外投资战略要努力实现全面增强我国农业国际竞争力、提升粮食安全水平、履行国际义务三大战略目标，本文提出“十二五”时期我国农业对外投资的战略构想，明确要以增强农业企业竞争力、推动优势企业走出去、重视区位选择、创新投资模式为战略重点，做好财税、金融保险、国际协调政策、外汇管制等领域的政策保障，同时加强在行业协会、监督机制、公共服务等方面的组织保障。关键词：“十二五”时期：农业对外投资：SWOT分析；战略构想AbstractAgricul
