2、结果胸外科2007年3月一2012年3月共收治手术患者2361例，其中167例发生医院感染，感染率为7．1；感染部位以下呼吸道、上呼吸道、胃肠道、手术切口为主，分别占41．3、32．9％、13．2、8．4；年龄、手术时间、住院时间、胸腔引流管留置时间、气管插管时间、糖尿病史是感染的高危因素(P
