1、3000吨/年PC/ABS共混料生产线工艺设计摘要综述了PC树脂、ABS树脂单一材料的性能以及PC/ABS共混料的性能,近年来我国PC/ABS共混料的发展现状以及国内外的一些研究进展,知道了PC/ABS共混料在国内的应用与发展前景,尤其是在电器外壳方面方面。PC/ABS共混料比起单一的PC树脂、ABS树脂具有更加优越的力学性能与更好的适应性能,可以适应更多不同的使用环境。本设计详细的介绍了PC/ABS共混料的挤出工艺,PC/ABS共混造粒生产线的工艺并不复杂,选择普遍使用的双螺杆挤出造粒的成型方法生产PC/ABS粒料,通过配方筛选、物料衡算、设备选型、工艺参数控制等过程对整个工艺流程作了较为详
