3、type.Moreover,afiniteelernentmodelisusedtoexplorethetemperaturevariationrateinZnOpyroelectricsensorsforboththefullycoveredandthepartiallycoveredelectrodes.Inthesimulationresults,thepartiallycoveredelectrodecanindeedimprovethetemperaturevariationrateintheZnOlayer.Keywo

5、ion,lowersystemcosts,fastspeeds,port-ability,havingawidespectralresponsewithhighsensitivityandbeingintegrablewithon-chipcircuitry[1-3].Theconventionalpyroelectricsensorsarecomprisedofapyroelectriclayersandwichedbetweentopandbottomelectrodes・Thetopsideisexposedtoaheats

6、ource.Thedynamicresponsecurrentofpyroelectricsensorsisproportionaltothetemperaturevariationrateofpyroelectrielayers[1].Ahighertemperaturevariationrateinthepyroelectrielayerleadstoahigherresponsecurrentforthepyroelectricsensors.Apartiallycovered,topelectrodehasbeenprov
