1、中文摘要在我国，竞技体育属于体育领域的一部分，竞技体育的发展促进了体育事业的进步。然而，由于一些人经受不住金钱、名誉、利益的诱惑，甚至是虚荣心在作祟，在竞技体育比赛中做出了一系列的违法犯罪行为。由于我国的法律在规范竞技体育领域中的犯罪行为上还有待完善，以及我国的法律界和学术界对此领域的犯罪问题的研究也相对比较匮乏，所以导致了竞技体育领域中的许多犯罪行为都没有受到其应有的处罚，而是以行政处分的方式加以代替，这也是这些年我国竞技体育领域中的犯罪行为如此猖獗的原因。竞技体育领域中的犯罪大多都严重的侵害了他人或者社会的公共利益，扰乱了竞赛秩序，违反了

2、刑法，应当受到刑罚的处罚。笔者在下文中列举了我国目前竞技体育领域中的犯罪的几种主要的表现形式。从竞技体育事业的管理制度及立法现状两个角度对我国竞技体育领域中的犯罪行为进行阐释，在对竞技体育领域中的犯罪行为进行预防的过程中可以吸取外国立法的先进经验，从法律及体育制度两个角度对该类犯罪进行预防。关键词：竞技体育犯罪；特点；犯罪构成：对策黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractInsports，competitivesportsforsportsraisethelevelofenhancedviewingofsportscompetition，toa
