1、中国企业对外投资的现状、问题及对策研究摘要半前，屮国企业对外投资虽然处在起步期但发展迅速，并且表现岀投资行业涉及广泛，投资区域遍布较广，投资主体口益多元化，投资形式口趋多样化，跨国并购趋势加强，成为半前对外投资的主要方式等特点。但与此同吋也存在着许多许多急需解决的问题。如：投资主体格局不合理；投资结构不合理；投资方式需要优化；投资规模小；缺少跨国管理人才；缺乏总体发展战略；政府宏观规划和管理不够完善；缺乏权威的对外投资信息咨询服务体系等等。针对这些问题可采取以下对策：引导企业科学地制定自己对外投资的长期发展战略;建立支持体系;积极进行技术创新以形成自己的核
