1、氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺纳米复合材料的制备、表征及其潜在应用摘要氧化石墨烯、导电聚苯胺是重要的多功能材料,在高能量的锂电池、超级电容器、催化、太阳能电池、化学传感、生物传感等领域有着较高的研究价值和潜在应用。本文采用化学氧化法制得了氧化石墨烯,之后利用原位聚合途径合成了氧化石墨烯/导电聚苯胺纳米复合材料。采用透射电镜(TEM),原子力显微镜(AFM),红外光谱(FTIR),UV-Vis,X-射线衍射(XRD)等进行了相应表征。为考察氧化石墨烯、氧化石墨烯/导电聚苯胺纳米复合材料的表面、界面特性,便于开发性能优异的纳电子器件,用所合成的
