2、ituations,hasthelegalrightandentitlementtotheforementionedtrademark(‘theTrademarkt’hereinafter).2.TheLicesnorshallhavetheexclusivelegalrightoftheTrademarkinallapplicablejurisdictions.3.TheLicenseecommitstoabusinessundertakingundertheTrademarkwithinthePeople’sRepublicofChina.4.Basedon
3、mutualfriendlynegotiation,bothpartiesagreetoconcludetheTrademarkLicenseAgreementasfollowstofacilitatethebusinessdevelopmentundertheTrademarkinChina.Article1Preamble1)TheLicensor,astheauthoroftheTrademark,herebyagreestoauthorizetheLicenseetheexclusivebusinessrightintheterritoryofthePe
4、ople’sRepublicofChinatodevelopmarketof,producebyitselforwithoutsourcingarrangement,puttosellalllegitimatecommoditiesundertheTrademark,andconductotherpermittedbusiness.TheAgreementshallbeconcludedtoclarifytherightsandobligationsofbothparties,whichtheLicensorandLicenseeshallhonoratallt
