1、关于北京璞宣酒店水疗概念设计顾问服务项目的附属协议Agreementof7HEPUXUANBEIJINGSPACONCEFUJALDESIGNCONSULTANC丫SERVICESAGREBVIENT本协议由北京皇都房地产开发有限公司(以下简称“甲方”)、上海国际招标有限公司(以下简称“丙方”)与A.W.LAKESPACONCEPTSPTE.LTD(以下简称“乙方”)签订。ThisSupplementaryAgreementissignedamongBeijingHuangDuRealEstateDevelop

2、mentCo.,Ltd.(hereinaftercalled''PartyA"),ShanghaiInternationalTenderingCo.,Ltd.(hereinaftercalledthe"PartyC,9)andA.W.LAKESPACONCEPTSPTE.LTD(hereinaftercalled“PartyB”).鉴于甲方和乙方及UrbanResortConceptsLTD:私人股份有限公司签署了《北京璞宣酒店水疗概念设计顾问服务协议》(以下简称“主合同”);WhereasPartyAandP

3、artyBhaveenteredintoTHEPUSUANBEIJINGSPACONCEPTUALDESIGNCONSULTANCYSERVICESAGREEMENT(hereinaftercalledthe"MainContract);本协议三方根据《屮华人民共和国合同法》的规定，就主合同设计费的外汇支付事宜协商一致，特订立本协议，以使共同遵守。ThethreepartiesheretoagreetoenterintothisSupplementaryAgreementrelatedtothecross-bo

4、rdertransferringofdesignfeesinaccordancewiththeContractLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandtheMainContract.1各方职责/LiabilitiesofEachParty1.1甲方的职责/LiabilitiesofPartyA1.1.1甲方在收到乙方付款通知书/工程付款申请书三十(30)天内向丙方支付主协议约定的应付款项但甲方应确保按照主协议小约定的付款进度进行支付。PartyAshallmakepaymentoft

5、heamountdueundertheMainAgreementtoPartyCwithinThirty(30)daysafterreceiptofthepaymentrequest(DebitNote)/PaymentApplicationforCompletedWorkfromPartyB.PartyAshallensuretomakesuchpaymentaccordingtothepaymentscheduledefinedintheMainAgreement.1.1.2根据主合同约定的付款计划，在收到
