1、经济开发区标准化厂房租赁合同出租方（甲方）：承租方（乙方）：根据国家有关规定，甲、乙双方在自愿、平等、互利的基础上,就甲方将其工业园标准化厂房出租给乙方使用的有关事宜，经双方充分协商，特签定合同如下：一、入园标准入住开发区标准化厂房的单个项目固定资产投资不少于500万元人民币，并符合国家产业政策、环保政策园区产业布局等。二、入园程序所有欲进开发区标准化厂房的项目必须经过开发区招商洽谈小组认真洽谈，达成初步共识后提交开发区主任办公会研究决定该项目是否入园。三、出租厂房情况地形平坦开阔，地层由第四系全新冲积层，第四系上更新统冲层组成，局部表覆第四系全新统人工堆积层。第四系全新统冲积层厚度
