2、库的物料；2.Responsibleforthewarehousemanagement:toreceiveandsendthegoods负责仓库的管理:收发货物；3.Responsibleforthestockaccuracy对库存的精确性负责；4.Responsibleforpackingandtodothedocumentsforthespare-partsorder.负责备件的包装并为销售备件订单准备相关的文件。Contentsofthejob:工作内容:WarehouseManagement:仓库管理:-Toreceivethegoods(includingrawma

3、terial,out-sourcingparts,semi-finishedproducts,auxiliarymaterial,tools)fromthesupplier,andputthemintheQCarea.从供应商处收货(包括毛坯、外购件、半成品、辅料、工具),并放置待检区内；-Tocheckthequantityanddrawingnumberaccordingtothedeliveryform根据交货单核对货物数量和图号；Tosendthegoods:checkthequantityofthegoodstobedelivered(includingrawmat

4、erial,semi-finishedproductsandfinishedproducts),andputtheminthedeliveryarea.发送货物:核对发货数量（包括毛坯、半成品和成品），并将其放置交货区；-Stockrecord:torecordallthewarehouseinflowsandoutflowsinthewarehouserecordbook.手工登记库存账目:对所有进出仓库的物料进行手工登帐；-Tocheckthequantityandsurfacequalityforthereturnedsub-contractedparts对送回的外加工

5、零件的数量和外部质量进行检查。Reporting:汇报:-PositionholderSupervisor:该职位的直接主管希望得到如下汇报:1.Wantareportifthereareproblemsinthestock（includeprocessproblem,missingparts,…）有关库存异常的报告(包括仓储流程问题、零部件的遗失,…)；1.Wantthestockstatusreport库存状况的汇报。-Positionholder:任职人认为需要向直接主管提供如下汇报:1.Reportthereceivedmaterialform,whichmustbe

6、signedbytheSupplyChainManager收料单必须交由物流经理签字；2.Reportthelistofgoodstobesent,whichmustbesignedbytheSupplyChainManager(thepositionholdermakesthelistaccordingtotheSupplyChainManagerpreparationwork)发货清单须由物流经理签字(该职位承担者根据物流经理的准备工作编制发货清单)；3.ReportstockproblemstotheSupplyChainManager向物流经理汇报库存问题。Level
