1、亚低温在临床治疗重型颅脑损伤中的应用分析【摘要】目的：探讨与分析在重型颅脑损伤临床活动中应用亚低温治疗方案的可行性及其临床疗效。方法：选择来我院接受治疗重型颅脑损伤患者56例作为研究对象（病例患者所选时间为2014年1月-2015年1月），将这些患者进行随机分组，即观察组与对照组（各28例）。本研究对观察组患者给予亚低温治疗方案进行干预，而对对照组患者给予常规方案进行干预，通过对患者实时观察英颅内压、血气、血乳酸、脑组织氧分压等指标三个月，以判断与对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：在亚低温治疗方案背景下治疗的观察组，其临床总有效率为95.0%,而在常规治疗方案背景下的对照组患者，其临床总冇效率为

2、75.0%,由此可见，两组患者之间存在显著性差异。结论：重型颅脑损伤临床治疗活动中，采取亚低温治疗方法能够有效地帮助患者缓解临床症状而摆脱疾病痛苦，尤其该治疗方案下其临床各项指标得以明显改善，降低了患者的死残率。【关键词L重型颅脑损伤亚低温治疗方案观察组临床疗效[Abstract]objective:Toinvestigatethefeasibilityandclinicaleffectofmildhypothermiaforthetreatmentofseverebraininjuryinclinicalactivity.Method:Tochooseourhospitaltoaccept
