1、2011年12月岩矿测试Vo1.30.No.6Deeember2011ROCKANDMINERALANALYSIS695~698文章编号:025453:57(2011)06—0695—04红土犁镍钴矿分析样品的制备方法和制备装置研制李振涛,武朝辉,郭冬发,范光,崔建勇(核工业北京地质研宅院,北京100029)摘要:国内实验室制备红土型镍、钴矿分析样品时,通常是将矿样直接通过磨细或者将矿物的砾石扔掉再进行磨细而制得的,由于矿样含有一定比例的砾石,而砾石的孔隙富集一定量的镍、钴元素,造成评价镍、钴矿床品位偏低的问题。本文将红土型镍钴矿样品烘
2、干擀细,通过2mm标准筛筛分,保留筛下样品;将筛上样品置于2mm的筛子中进行水洗,去除洗后的砾石;经水洗的样品通过研制的样品抽滤装置进行脱水、烘干。然后将筛下样品和制备好的筛上样品混匀,用堆锥四分法进行缩分,经过碎样机磨细使样品粒度达到74m(200目),制得红土型镍钴矿分析样品。使用研制的样品制备方法制备红土型镍钴矿分析样品,测定镍、钴元素的品位比传统直接磨细制备的样品的测定品位高7%一14%。制备过程无污染、快速、安全、成本低、效率高,制备的分析样品能够准确代表镍钴矿床镍、钴的品位,克服了以往不经水洗直接碎样,使镍钴矿床品位偏低的问
