2、脂,并以此改性酚醛树脂为基体制备了层压式摩擦制动材料,并系统研究了腰果壳酚用量对酚醛树脂耐热性以及对层压式摩擦制动材料摩擦因数的影响。测试结果表明,当甲醛(37%水溶液)用量为97.30g(1.2moo,苯酚用量为56.45g(0.6mo1),腰果壳油用量为122.00g(0.4too1),氨水用量为30.00g时制备的改性酚醛树脂的耐热性最佳,峰值热失重温度为462.5℃。此外,以其为基体制备的层压式摩擦制动材料摩擦因数最大值达O.42,且稳定无衰减,符合美国SAE.J661标准。关键词改性酚醛树脂腰果壳酚
