2、果表明,以钢网和铜棒为聚磁介质,在矿浆质量分数为23%,背景场强为800kA/m的条件下,磁选精矿Fe20含量均可接近降铁极限O.29%,此时产率均为62%左右。为使产率大于80%,应选用直径2mm、棒间距1.5mm的铜棒作聚磁介质,当场强为641kAfm时,磁选精矿Fe2O含量为O.31%。磁选产品粒级越细,除铁效果越好;磁选精矿中合有未去除的褐铁矿是因为其成分不同——合杂质高而Fe低,比磁化系数小。关键词菱镁矿磁选除铁Fe:O3中图分类号:TD973+.9;TD924文献标识码:A文章编号:1000—8098(2012)06-0029.0
