2、结果表明,在配方组成为抛光废料50%、煅烧氧化铝22%、烧滑石28%和工艺参数为球磨时间25min、成型压力70MPa、烧成温度1250oC、保温时间20min的工艺条件下,可获得以堇青石和少量刚玉为主晶相的MgO—SiO:一A12O,系多孔陶瓷过滤材料,其气孔率、断裂模数、吸水率和体积密度分别为70.06%、6.85MPa、85.25%和0.72g/cm。关键词:建筑陶瓷抛光废料;多孔陶瓷过滤材料;气孔率;断裂模数;体积密度中图分类号:TQ174文献标识码:A文章编号:1001—1625(2008)06.1246-07StudyonUtilizationofPolis
