1、第38卷第3期东南大学学报(自然科学版)Vol138No132008年5月JOURNALOFSOUTHEASTUNIVERSITY(NaturalScienceEdition)May2008基于材料复合理论的老化沥青再生规律马涛黄晓明张久鹏(东南大学交通学院,南京210096)摘要:通过复合材料的性能模型及相关沥青组分调合模型的研究,从理论上说明了再生沥青材料性能的可设计性及其材料复合效应.以老化沥青和新沥青及再生剂为基质组分,设计复合再生试验,通过常规物理指标、SHRP指标和感温指标分析新沥青、再生剂对老化沥青的复合再生规律,
2、并推导了再生沥青的复合性能模型.试验结果表明:再生沥青与新沥青掺量在针入度、软化点、高温车辙因子、低温劲度模量及针入度指数指标方面具有良好的对数线性或线性复合关系;再生剂与旧沥青的复合针入度符合Grunberg方程,且再生剂对老化沥青的再生规律与新沥青对老化沥青的再生规律基本相同;尽管在低温延度方面,新沥青及再生剂与旧沥青的复合规律均较差,但再生剂对旧沥青延度及其他性能的改善远优于新沥青.关键词:沥青;再生规律;复合理论;再生剂中图分类号:U416126文献标识码:A文章编号:1001-0505(2008)0320520205R
