1、南方农业学报201t,42(12):1503—1506JournalofSouthernAgriculturehttp://www.nfnyxb.com轻稀土浸种对油菜镉铬胁迫的生物学效应任学军,任艳军,杜彬,马建军’(河北科技师范学院,河北秦皇岛066004)。摘要:【目的】研究轻稀土抗油菜镉(cd)铬(cr)重金属胁迫下的生物学效应,为重金属污染土壤中稀土农用提供理论参考。【方法】采用单一轻稀土(La、Ce、Nd、Pr)浸种处理,通过盆栽试验,研究重金属cd和cr胁迫条件下油菜生长发育对Cd、Gr元素吸收累积的影响。【结果】土壤Cd、cdt#迫未对油菜生长发育产生
2、B旨显影响,但增加了Cd、cr含量和累积量,以重金属cd累积幅度最明显;La、Ce、Nd、Pr浸种处理均抑制土壤中重金属cd和cr向油菜茎叶转移与吸收,抑制效果因油菜发育状况、土壤污染程度及稀土元素种类不同而存在差异,随重金属污染程度的加重,其抑制重金属毒害能力增强,以ce浸种处理效果最佳,同时促进了油菜茎叶中干物质积累。【结论】稀土浸种处理是一种抑制和减少蔬菜重金属吸收和积累的有效途径。关键词:稀土;浸种;重金属;生物学效应;油菜中图分类号:$634.3文献标志码:A文章编号:2095—1191(2011)12—1503—04Biologicaleffectsofs
