2、效率。为了实现异构CAD/CAE模型语义信息和几何特征的融合，提出基于水平集方法的产品异构模型融合方法。构建了基于模型距离场的体素化模型，给出了体素化模型的可视表达方法，建立了距离场交、差和并集操作函数与产品造型特征复制、提取和识别的映射关系，建立了构造速度场操作函数和形位误差信息、高级语义信息和局部特征信息融合的映射关系，实现了产品异构模型的信息融合。通过复杂汽轮机叶片模型形位误差和高级语义信息融合试验，证明了方法在异构CAD/CAE系统信息集成方面的有效性和实用性。关键词：异构模型融合；信息集成；水平集方法；体素化建模中图分类号：T
