2、用Fluent软件模拟了移架风速、产尘源高度和产尘源浓度变化时粉尘浓度的变化规律。研究表明,粉尘浓度随着风速的增大呈减小趋势,处于紊流区的粉尘浓度受风速影响较小;同一位置处粉尘浓度随着产尘源高度的增大而减小,处于紊流区的粉尘浓度受产尘源高度影响不大;只改变产尘源的质量流率,沿z轴方向粉尘浓度变化趋势一致;由于处于紊流区的粉尘受影响比较大,与煤壁距离不同位置处粉尘浓度变化情况不同。数值模拟粉尘浓度变化规律与现场采样结果相吻合。综合考虑风速和尘源质量流率的影响,研究了移架作业粉尘浓度沿程分布的拟合函数。关键词:移架作业;气固两相流;粉尘
