1、广西农业科学2010,41(10):1093-1096GuangxiAgriculturalSciences·1093·免耕覆盖对冬马铃薯土壤碳氮及氮素矿化菌的影响黄景,康轩,梁和*,顾明华(广西大学农学院,南宁530005)摘要:以传统耕作为对照,进行冬马铃薯免耕覆盖稻草8cm、免耕覆盖稻草8cm+黑膜种植试验,探讨免耕覆盖对土壤碳氮及氮素矿化菌的影响。结果表明,各处理0~10cm土层的土壤碳、氮含量及氮素矿化菌数量均高于10~20cm土层;0~10cm土层两个免耕覆盖处理的土壤总有机碳、活性有机碳、全氮、碱解氮含量及氨化细菌、
2、硝化细菌数量均高于传统耕作,其中总有机碳、活性有机碳、全氮含量及氨化细菌数量达显著或极显著差异水平;10~20cm土层各处理的上述指标均无显著差异。说明免耕覆盖能增加表层土壤碳、氮含量及氮素矿化菌数量,有利于土壤有机氮素的矿化分解,为作物生长提供充足的速效氮素,是一项非常有效的配套性技术措施,适宜在生产上推广应用。关键词:免耕覆盖;土壤有机碳;氮素;氮素矿化菌中图分类号:S532.048文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-8161(2010)10-1093-04Effectsofno-tillagewithcoverageoncar
