1、第23卷第5期矿冶Vo1.23.NO.52014年1O月MINING&METALLURGYOctober20l4文章编号:1005—7854(2014)05-0005—04半风化钛铁矿选矿新工艺研究曾茂青陈启如(1.国土资源部昆明矿产资源监督检测中心,昆明650218;2.云南省地质矿产勘查开发局,昆明650331)摘要:云南建水半风化钛铁矿人选品位TiO25.42%、TFe12.02%,主要的钛矿物为钛铁矿,主要的铁矿物为钛磁铁矿。对于高梯度强磁粗选抛尾所获得的钛粗精矿,常采用“摇床”传统工艺精选。而本研究则创新性地提出了“螺旋溜槽一强
2、磁”联合精选新工艺,解决了摇床因占地面积大、台数多,难以建较大规模选矿厂的难题。原矿经“粗磨一强磁抛尾一螺旋溜槽精选~钛粗精矿再磨一强磁再精选”新工艺选别后,获得了钛精矿产率4.56%、TiO241.63%、钛回收率38.23%;铁精矿TFe54.74%、铁回收率l4.8O%的较好指标。关键词:半风化钛铁矿;钛磁铁矿;螺旋溜槽一强磁;新工艺中图分类号:TD951文献标志码:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.1005-7854.2014.05.002STUDY0NMINERALPR0CESSING0FSEMI.WEATHERED—TY
