3、asons,inrecentyears,publicservants'dutyconsumptioncausedbytheabusesandnotapersonofintegrity,isoneofthemajorproblemsinthepartyinGovernment,itsoperationorderhaveanegativeeffectonthepartyandGovernmentorgans,seriouslydamagingtheimageofthepartyandtheGovernment,underminingtherelationshipbe
4、tweenpartyandthemasses,effect,openingupandeconomicconstruction.FromICountyinrecentyearsofgovernancesituationsee,positionsconsumptionintheproducedof"twonot"phenomenonrenderingfourafeatures:aispositionsconsumptionsystemlosthasdueofbinding,rightisgreaterthanrules,andrightisgreaterthanme
5、thodofphenomenonmorehighlight;IIisinpositionsconsumptionintheCameraObscuraoperation,usingterms,willpositionsconsumptionintohaspersonalconsumption,willcorporatepointstointopersonalpointsto,makespositionsconsumptioninsomeaspectshasintopositionsenjoyandself-dealingofmeans;threeistoposit
6、ionsconsumptionforname,fraud,falseimpersonator,Trendofnegativecorruptionphenomenasuchascorruptionandmisappropriation;fourpalaces,followthefashion,rivalries,wasteful,andpostconsumptionbecameasymbolofshowingofftheirindividualcapacities.Causedbypublicservants'dutyconsumptionofmany"two"p
