2、性采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热重分析仪、接触角分析仪等进行表征,结果表明,复合涂层表面具有微/纳米双重粗糙结构,与水的静态接触角为155。,滚动角为8。;采用极化曲线和交流阻抗等电化学法对涂层防腐性能进行表征,复合涂层的腐蚀电位相比裸钢片正移了约0.5V,其腐蚀电流密度从裸钢片的9.15×10。A/cm下降至8.98×10A/cm,减小了2个数量级,而相比纯PMHS的2.67x10~A/cm2,减小了1个数量级,显示了较好的防腐蚀性能。关键词:含氢硅油;微/纳米粗糙结构;超疏水;防腐DOI:10.
