1、出口收汇核销业务流程Exportexchangebusinessprocessverification第一步：出口单位到商务部或其委托的机构办理备案登记，取得对外贸易经营权；Stepone:theexportunittotheinstitutionsentrustedbytheMinistryofCommerceoritsregistration,therighttoobtainforeigntrade　　第二步：出口单位到海关办理“中国电子口岸”入网手续，并到有关部门办理“中国电子口岸”企业法人IC卡和“中国电子口岸”企业操作

4、在网上向外汇局申领出口收汇核销单（以下简称“核销单”）；Stepfour:theexporterbythe"ChinaElectronicPortexportexchangesystem"intheonlineforeignexchangebureautoapplyforexportreceiptverificationform(the"VerificationList");　　第五步：出口单位凭操作员IC卡、出口合同（首次申领时提供）到注册所在地外汇局申领纸质核销单；StepFive:Exportunitwiththeoper
