4、linesshowthestrengthofvariousseismicwaves.Usingtheline,scientistsgradetheearthquakesontheRichterscale.ForaquaketomeasureonenumberhigherontheRichterscale,itmustreleaseabout30timesasmuchenergyasthenumberbelowit.Everyyearabout100,000earthquakesrumblethroughthe
