1、数控轴承磨床砂轮修整装置设计摘要数控轴承磨床的砂轮修整是目前磨削加工的重要研究课题。本文介绍了一种新型的砂轮修整器,它包含端面修整器和圆弧修整器二个部分,从而能够实现端面修整和圆弧修整。砂轮修整器上装有自锁装置,从而能够保证砂轮修整的精度。其中工作台采用滚珠丝杠进给,减少砂轮修整器的装配误差。修整器的进给采用步进电机进给驱动,端面修整器和圆弧修整器的摆动角度有液压缸控制,机床采用模块化设计,全封闭护罩,工作拖板和修整拖板均采用超精密加工的十字交叉滚子导轨,精度高、稳定性好。因此,砂轮修整能够得到较高的修整精度,较好的表
