1、摘要钢铁产业作为我国传统的基础产业，在国民经济中占有重要的地位。目前我国正处于工业化加速阶段，是新的经济周期的上升阶段，经济的快速发展拉动了我国钢铁工业呈现持续的高增长。但时钢铁工业的发展业存在着生产布局不合理、产业集中度低、产品结构矛盾突出、技术创新能力不强等比较严重的问题，如何实现钢铁产业的结构优化和升级是目前钢铁产业研究的主要课题之一。河北省是我国钢铁行业的第一大省。近年来，河北钢铁工业发展迅猛，对全省经济起到了重要的支撑和拉动作用。但是，河北省钢铁企业规模偏小，企业分布过于分散，专业化生产水平低，经济效益不高，与国外和国内先进

2、钢铁企业相比存在一定的差距。在国内外钢铁企业都在加快产业整合步伐的背景下，河北省钢铁企业只有加快产业整合才能保持和提高其市场竞争能力。另外，钢铁工业能耗高、污染严重，考虑到河北省钢铁工业的资源和环境的现实情况，推进钢铁工业的结构调整完全符合经济和社会可持续发展的客观要求。可见，分析和研究河北省钢铁产业整合这一问题具有积极的理论和实际意义。本文主要思路如下：首先介绍产业整合的理论基础，其次对河北省产业整合的原因进行分析，分别从宏观背景、产业层面和现实可行性三个方面对河北钢铁产业的原因和迫切性进行了详细的分析；然后，基于对近几年河北省钢铁
