1、中文摘要中国经过30多年的改革开放，经济转型使中国社会结构、社会组织方式等发生了巨大的变化，与此同时社会矛盾凸显，社会问题突出，因此目前中国急需加强社会管理，这必然要求中国要有自己的社会管理方式。中国式社会管理就是在这样一个背景下提出的。本文从社会管理的概念入手，吸收西方的社会管理思想，简述中国社会管理的经验和历史，分析中国社会现实变化，得出必须加强和探索中国式社会管理基本架构的结论。通过明确各个社会管理主体的职责、完善各个社会管理体制、培养社会管理人才等几个主要方面，分析得出只有把影响中国社会管理主要要素的
