1、捅要商业银行市场结构与绩效的关系是产业经济学研究的重要领域之一，多数学者从全国层面展开分析。本文以山东省银行业为研究对象，以27家商业银行2008—2012年相关经营指标的面板数据为基础，分析山东省银行业市场结构，测度其效率和绩效，并建立回归模型分析绩效的影响因素，考察市场结构与经营绩效的关系，并据此提出相关建议。研究表明，第一，山东省商业银行市场集中度缓慢下降，竞争程度逐渐提高，四大行对利润市场的垄断地位相对明显。第二，除少数银行略有波动外，大部分银行经营绩效早上升趋势，市场份额相对较大的银行其经营绩效也较高。第三，传统共谋假说及规模效率假说在山东省商业银行市场并不成立，相对市场力量假说

2、和X一效率假说得到实证分析的支持。研究建议：为推动山东省银行业发展，应放宽市场准入，鼓励银行间良性竞争；同时监管部门应加强监管力度，防范经营风险：完善相关体制机制，提高银行效率。关键词：商业银行；市场结构；经营绩效AbstractTherelationshipbetweenmarketstructureandperformanceisanimportantresearchareaofindustrialeconomicsinwhichmanyresearchershadinvestigatedamongthemarketinthecountry．Inthispaper,thecommerc
