1、摘要改革开放以来，外向型经济对国民经济的发展有着极为重要的作用，从某种意义上来说正是通过对外贸易激发了改革开放初期的国民经济的活力。在改革开放的初期，一方面由于国民收入处于极低的水平，国内的需求无法满足日益扩大的生产，因此出口成为消化国内产能的一个重要渠道。另一方面，出口所创造的外汇储备也成为引进国外先进技术的资金渠道。随着国内经济的不断增长，国民收入的不断增加，改革初期以低端产品创出口的对外贸易结构也急需得到调整，特别是2008年美国“次贷危机”爆发以来，人民币不断升值进一步强化了对外贸结构调整的要求。对外贸易对国民经济有着巨大的影响，因此外贸结构的调整也必然带

2、动国民经济结构的调整。本文将力图从外贸发展对经济的影响，以及汇率市场化的压力来说明外部金融环境与内部金融环境的变化将会对中国经济的转型的产生影响，但这种转型并非是简单意义上的去工业化的产业升级，即在三大产业中服务业的比重会上升，来说明企业通过对汇率的变化的分析做出自身在价值链活动上的调整，这种调整将会是向有更多附加值的方向进行的，而这种调整将会使整个国民经济的转型得以成功。关键词：国民经济对外贸易汇率结构调整AbstractSincethereformandopeningup，thedevelopmentofthenationaleconomyexport-ori
