1、电工作业人员安全技术培训大纲作者：佚名  文章来源：政务办  点击数：664  更新时间：2008-4-916:20:11本大纲规定了电工作业人员的安全技术理论和实际操作培训的目的、要求和具体内容。1．培训对象拟取得电工作业的《特种作业操作证》，并具备电工作业人员上岗基本条件的劳动者(不包括煤矿井下电工)。2．培训目的通过培训，使培训对象掌握电工作业的安全技术理论与安全操作技能，达到独立上岗的工作能力。3．培训要求3．1理论与实际相结合，突出安全操作技能的培训。3．2实际操作训练中，应采取相应的安全防范措施。3．3注重职业道德、安全意识、基本理论

2、和实际操作能力的综合培养。3．4应由具备资格的教师任教，并应有足够的教学场地、设备和器材等条件。3．5应采用国家统一编写的培训教材。复审的培训教材由各培训单位根据培训对象和当时的具体情况自行制定。4．培训内容包括安全技术理论培训和实际操作训练。4．1通用部分。指所有电工作业人员都应接受培训的内容。4．1．1安全技术理论。4．1．1．1电工安全作业概述：电工作业人员条件，有关法规。4．1．1．2为进一步强化公司安全生产、文明施工管理，切实落实安全生产责任，防止重大安全事故发生，保障企业和员工的生命和财产安全manufacturersdrawings
