1、河南科技大学毕业设计(论文)硝普钠对NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗的影响姓名万晶琼院(系)林学院专业园艺指导教师蒋燕2014年5月15日19硝普钠对NaCl胁迫下黄瓜的影响摘要一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)是生物体内的重要活性分子,在植物体内NO是一种广泛存在的信号分子,参与植物生长发育的许多重要的生理过程。本研究通过对根际施加外源NO供体硝普钠(sodiumnitroprusside,SNP),初步探讨了盐胁迫下NO处理对黄瓜幼苗生理生化的影响,为提高植物的抗盐性提供一定的理论依据。在4g/Kg的NaCl的胁迫下,采用基质
2、栽培研究SNP对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,盐胁迫抑制黄瓜的生长,而NO处理减弱了这种抑制作用,降低了盐胁迫下黄瓜叶片中可溶性蛋白质的含量,提高了抗氧化酶GPX,CAT的活性,说明低浓度NO提高了黄瓜叶片的抗氧化能力,减轻了盐胁迫诱导的膜质过氧化损伤,NO可能参与了植物的代谢或生理活动。盐胁迫显著降低了叶片叶绿素含量,显著增加了可溶性糖含量,低浓度的NO处理增加叶片叶绿素含量,降低了可溶性糖含量,说明NO有利于黄瓜非光能的捕获和转化,明显促进植物的生长,降低盐胁迫对黄瓜的抑制作用。另外,低浓度的SNP可以缓解盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗

5、thegrowthofcucumberseedlingswerestudiedbysubstrateculture.Theresultsshowedthatsaltstresscanrestrainthegrowthofthecucumberundersalinitystress,andreducethecontentofsolubleproteinincucumberleavesundersaltstress,improvetheantioxidantenzymesGPX,theactivityofCAT.Itcouldbe
6、concludedthatlowconcentrationNOimprovestheoxidationresistanceofcucumberleaf,reducedthemembranousperoxidationdamageinducedbysaltstress,NOmaybeinvolvedinthemetabolism,orphysiologicalactivityofplants.Saltstresssignificantlydecreasedleafchlorophyllcontent,significantlyi
