1、阿拉善达康精细化工股份有限公司安全绩效评价与激励管理办法1、总则1.1为加强安全生产监督管理，落实“一岗双责”，预防各类事故发生，调动员工安全生产积极性，持续改进安全管理工作。依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《达康公司安全生产责任制》，制定本办法。1.2坚持“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的方针，实行“责权利相匹配的分级分权管理”原则，严格执行安全生产目标管理。1.3本办法适用于公司各单位。2、组织机构及职责2.1成立安全绩效评价与激励管理领导小组(公司职业健康安全管理委员会)：组长：董事长（法人）副组长：总经理、分管安全的副总经理（常务）组员：公司职业健康安全管理委员会其他成员
2、职责：全面负责公司安全绩效评价与激励管理工作，制定和实施考评办法，审定和落实各项考评结果。领导小组办公室设在安环部，负责制定考评细则，按照考评细则组织对各单位进行考评，审定各单位提报的考评结果。2.2综管办负责对考评小组办公室提报的安全绩效奖惩人员情况予以核实。2.3财务部负责安全经费管理并按照公司考核领导小组提报的考评结果及时兑现安全绩效奖惩。主蒸汽及高、低温再热蒸汽系统采用单元制系统，均采用“双管、单管、双管”的布置方式。主蒸汽管道和高温再热蒸汽管道分别从过热器和再热器的出口联箱的两侧引出，然后汇成一根母管，到汽轮机前再分成两根支管分别接入高压缸和中压缸左右侧主汽关断阀和再热
