1、沥青表面处治面层施工方法表面处治所用集料必须清洁、干燥、无风化、具有足够的强度和耐磨耗性，采用集料的最大粒径应与处治层厚度相适应；沥青采用道路石油沥青，沥青的标号和品种应满足规范要求。1施工要求沥青两面处治尽量在干燥和较热的季节施工，采用层铺法施工，厚度为2cm；施工工序应紧密衔接，根据压路机数量、沥青、洒布设备及集料撒布机能力等确定每段作业段长度，当天施工的路段必须在当天完成；在新建或旧路的表层进行表面处治时，应将表面的泥砂及一切杂物必须清除干净，底层必须坚实、稳定、平整、保持干燥后才可施工。2施工设备沥
2、青表面处治施工应采用沥青洒布车喷洒沥青，洒布时应保持稳定的速度和喷洒量，沥青洒车在整个洒布宽度内必须喷洒均匀；沥青表面处治应采用光面钢筒10t左右压路机碾压。3表面准备沥青表面处治层的表面应平整、清洁、无松散处，并应符合图纸所示或监理工程师确定的典型断面；洒布沥青之前，应用机动路帚或高压风动机械，并辅以人工扫净表面，清除有害物质。4洒布沥青表面处治施工应采用沥青洒布车喷洒沥青，撒布机撒布集料。按图纸所示或监理工程师指定的层数施工，一般采用三层式施工；不排除由于是进行产品质量评审时,在项目的设置、抽样方法与质
