3、orbudgetarypurposes.Thisresultsingovernmentalpressureontaxcollectingagenciestoimprovetheirrevenuecollectionperformance.Theresultofthistrendisthemorestringentenforcementoftaxationlaws.Manyindividualsandcorporateentitieswhointhepastdidnotpayduetaxesonanyoralloftheirincomearenowh

4、avingtodosoorfacesevereconsequences.ThesamescenarioisplayingoutwithregardtoCustomsandExcisedutiesaswellasValueAddedTax.Theintroductionandimplementation,despitespiritedresistance,ofElectronicTaxRegistersforbusinessesisjustonetoolforeffectinggreatercompliancewithtaxlaws.Withthei

5、mperativeformassivelygreaterpublicspendingtoachievedevelopmentalgoals,thisoveralltrendofstringenttaxlawenforcementcanbeexpectedtocontinue(assumingofcoursecontinuityinthegovernmentalpolicyreferredtoabove).Withsuchseeminglyinexorabletrends,thequestionoftaxmitigationbylegitimatea
