1、摘要：近几年，电子商务呈现岀良好的发展趋势，我国消费水平随着人民生活条件的改善以及社会发展速度不断加快呈现出不断上升的发展趋势，对国外产品网购需求规模不断扩大。此外，我国大部分中小企业利用电子商务平台来向全球销售产品，并通过这一方式来扩大市场规模，将销售成本控制在合理范围内，创造更大的经济效益。但跨境贸易电子商务涉及到多个环节，通关、退税等，从而导致我国跨境电商发展受到很大影响。现阶段，我国跨境贸易电子商务的阻碍还比较多。2012年，国家制定了在郑州市发展跨境电子商务商务试点的发展战略，在这一发展形势下，该地区也采取了多种措
2、施来推动跨境电商发展，在此基础上，笔者全而分析了该地区跨境电商的发展战略。笔者首先运用SWOT的方式对跨境贸易电子商务展开分析，在此基础上分析郑州贸易区电子商务的业务模式及发展战略，并提出保障郑州自由贸易区跨境电子商务战略保障的措施，通过对本课题的研究，笔者期望能够为我国跨境电子商务的发展提供一定的理论借鉴。关键词：郑州自由贸易区；跨境电子商务；发展战略Abstract:Inrecentyears,e-commercehasshownagooddevelopmenttrend,withtheimprovementofpeop
