2、benotedthatinspiteofthehighreliabilityofLEDs,ahightotalorsystemreliabilitycanonlybeachievedifallfactorsandparametersaretakenintoconsideration(seeApplicationNotemeansoflead-freeIRreflowsoldering"ReliabilityandLifetimeofLEDs").techniques.ApossibleinfluenceonthereliabilityoftheAswithallothe

3、rLEDsfromOSRAMOptoLEDbytheuserisessentiallyspecifiedbySemiconductors,theDRAGONproductlinethechosenoperatingconditions,byalsofulfillscurrentRoHSguidelinesandconsiderationoftheprocessingdetails,andcontainsnoleadorotherhazardousforhighpowerLEDssuchastheDRAGONsubstances.productfamily,forexam

4、ple,bytheprovisionofadequatethermalmanagement.ConstructionandagingDRAGONproductfamilymechanismsofDRAGONLEDsTheDRAGONproductfamilywasprimarilyTheconstructionoftheDRAGONproductdevelopedforapplicationswhichrequirefamilyisbasedonathermally-optimizedmaximumlightcombinedwithlowspacepackagedesi

5、gn,consistingofaprefabri-requirementsandthehighestdemandsoncatedplasticpackagewithanintegratedlifetime.heatsinkandconnectioncontactsDuetotheirperformanceanddesign,(Figure1).DRAGONLEDsaresuitablefordiverseareasoflightingandilluminationtechnology,Anadvantageofthisdesignisthatitpermitsrangi
