1、灭螺有机复合肥料的灭螺效果观察及预防意义詹素云欧阳俊杰（宜春学院医学院，江西省宜春市336000）摘要：目的：观察灭螺有机复合肥料的灭螺效果，探讨其预防血吸虫病的意义。方法：分2个实验组：灭螺有机复合肥1,灭螺有机复合肥2。5个对照纽.：氯硝柳胺、渙乙酰胺、有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2及淸水。将活成螺装入尼龙布袋（每袋20只），每种浓度4袋，清水、有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2各4袋，浸泡Id、2d、3d、4d、各取1袋，用清水冲洗干净，经2d恢复期饲养，最后用敲打法鉴定死活。结果：灭螺有机复合肥料1X10"浸杀4d、2X106浸杀3d、钉螺死亡率达100%。而氯硝柳胺及混乙酰胺2X10&
2、浸杀4d、4X1（T浸杀4d、8X10"浸杀3d钉螺死亡率才达100%。在相同时间内,灭螺有机复合肥料的4种浓度的灭螺率，分别比单纯氯硝柳胺、漠乙酰胺4种浓度的灭螺率高。在相同时间内，灭螺有机复合肥料的4种浓度的灭螺率，分别与有机复合肥1、有机复合肥2比较，差异均有显著性（P均＜0.001）o结论：灭螺有机复合肥料有显著的灭螺效果。关键词：灭螺有机复合肥料；有机复合肥料；灭螺药；灭螺效杲；观察中图分类号：R184.6文献标志码：AAnObservatiorioftheMolIuseicidaIEffectoftheMolluscicidalOrganicCompoundFertiIi
