1、毕业设计（论文）题目：浅论民营企业文化的构建浅论民营企业文化的构建【摘要】民营企业文化是民营企业的灵魂。市场竞争口趋激烈，民营企业文化显得越为重要。国内和国外的人屮型民营企业对本企业文化是越來越重视，文化的构建不是凭空而谈，它的构建是需要建立在企业本身的条件和现有的基础上，影响企业文化构建的因索是多方面的。民营企业文化是企业的精神支柱，对企业的发展有着重要的作用，是凝聚人心的重要手段，是一个企业内在的一种反应。如果一个民营的企业文化构建脱离了实际，构建一个和自身条件不相符合的文化，它将不能发挥其提高经济效益和增强凝聚

2、力的作用，反而会导致企业过于不切实际，让员工失去信心，企业的发展受到不好的影响。本文通过对民营企业文化构建的理论研究。参照人量的国际和国内人屮型民营企业文化的构建案例，运用理论联系实际的原则来构建一个企业文化，结合金业本身的的实际情况和条件来建立一个能给金业带来经济效益和提高企业的核心竞争力，使企业整体的持续健康有效发展的企业文化。让它为企业服务，使员工的积极性增强和企业效益的提高。【关键词】民营企业构建民营文化OntheculturalconstructionofprivateenterprisesAbstract
