2、gineer'sjobperformanceevaluationtostart,establish"people-oriented"coreenterpriseculture.Inthispaper,throughtheresearchof360degreeperformanceappraisalmethodandcustomersatisfaction,andonthebasisoftheanalysisofDelphyandAHPmethod,theguidingprincipleofscientificandr
3、igorousworkanalysis,builtamultiperspectiveandanewsubcategoriesandlevelsofperformanceappraisalsystemforprojectconstructionsupervisionenterprises,tomakeanobjectiveevaluationofsupervisionengineertheworkperformance.Firstofall,thecharacteristicsanddifficultiesofthep
4、aperonthetheoryofperformanceappraisal,supervisionenterprisefeatures,toevaluatethesupervisionengineertodothedetailedintroductionandanalysis.Secondly,thecharacteristicsanddifficultiesofthesupervisionengineer,targetedselectionof360degreeperformanceappraisalmethod,
5、andtakingintoaccountthecharacteristicsofstrongsupervisionofserviceindustryandintroducestheconceptofcustomersatisfaction.Then,throughtheinterviewandquestionnaireinvestigation,toidentifythekeyindicatorsofperformanceevaluationofengineeringsupervisionisneeded,based
