2、ergystructure,tosolvetheclimatematersandtoachievesustainabledevelopment.Thispaperstartswithsummarizingthebasictheories,usingquantitativeandqualitativetoanalyzethestructureofenergyandthenewenergy’sbehaviorinJiangxiprovince.Putforwardanewmethodtochoicethefocuse
3、dindustrysegments,determinedthedevelopmentofthosemostimportantindustrial,andthenmadeseveraleffectiveindustrialdevelopmentpolicies.Thepaper’smainworkisasfollow:(1)Thoughintroducingthegraycorrelationmethodinanalyzingenergystructure,hassolvedtheshortageoftraditi
4、onalqualitativeanalysisintheevaluationoftheenergymix.Theresultshowsthattheenergymixcannotreachthegoalofenergysavingandalsobenotconducivetothesustainabledevelopmentofenergy.Anddevelopmentofnewenergyistheinevitablechoicetoachievealow-carboneconomyandtheonlywayt
5、osolvetheissuesof“nooil,lessgas,shortforcoal”.Andthenanalyzedthenewenergy’sdevelopmentstatus,findtheproblemsofthenewenergyindustry.(2)ThenewmodelthatbasedonthetheoryofIOWAoperatorandfuzzygroupdecision-makingcanovercomeboththesubjectiveofcurrentselectionmethod
6、sinemergingindustriesandrequiringahugelackofdataofthoseleadingindustryselectionmethods.Thenewmodelhasimprovedthequalityorefficiencyoftheworkinselectingindustry,hasoptimizedtheprocessofindustrialselection,andhasenrichedtheindustrialselectionmethod.Thoughusingt
