1、摘要YT公司制造执行系统（MES）的设计与实施策略研究客车行业的生产工艺、生产流程、订单管理、物流追踪以及库存管理等过程非常复杂。国内外汽车行业从底层的工厂自动化到上层的ERP系统，开展了大量信息化方面的研究以及实践，形成了多种类型的管理系统。但是，各个系统之间往往缺乏统一的平台而相对独立，形成了一个个“信息孤岛”。而制造执行系统（Manufacturingexecutionsystem，MES）是处于企业上层计划层和下层车间层之间的企业执行层，主要负责企业生产管理和调度执行，通过对生产运营进行实时

2、监视、诊断和控制，承上启下，能更好地满足企业发展的需要。本文结合笔者在YT公司实施的制造执行系统建设项目的实际工作，对MES系统在客车制造企业中的建设和实施策略作了探讨。根据MES的功能模型理论，结合YT公司具体的生产特点和制造企业MES系统设计原则，对YT公司制造执行系统进行全面设计，明确了MES系统的业务需求、应用目标和实施范围，对YT公司MES系统的生产计划管理、物料管理、质量管理等4大核心功能模块进行了详细设计，最后根据信息系统实施经验，总结形成YT公司MES实施策略。经验表明，MES系统的
