1、摘要21世纪经济发展的源动力是金融资本和技术革新，对此，党中央国务院提出通过"互联网+”的形式推动金融、科技、产业融合创新，提高自主创新能力，从而更好的推动"大众创业、万众创新”，以此建设创新型国家。包括科技财政、科技证券、科技信贷、科技保险、科技中介、科技担保等六大模块的"国家科技金融战略框架”初具规模。本调研以珠三角地区为实地考察对象，采用走访、问卷、现场访谈、会议、文件搜集、统计报表、质性分析相结合的调查统计方法，深入调研珠三角地区九大城市及区内高新技术产业开发区、政府部门、金融机构和区内高科技企业，深入挖掘珠三角地区科技金融产业融合的现有政策
2、制度、实施成效及存在的共性问题，珠三角地区科技金融投融资体系状况，科技企业的产业结构、资产结构、发展方向、融资需求及难题，科技产业、以及科技金融复合型人才市场供求状况和培养方式体系建设现状。调研总结珠三角地区科技金融产业融合的发展现状和成功经验，发现存在问题，有利于完善政府科技金融相关政策体系，优化科技投融资服务模式及改善金融机构资金投资配置，优化科技型企业融资渠道，并进一步探寻政产学研一体化下协同育人的培育体制。这对于珠三角地区转变经济发展方式、提升产业竞争力具有重要意义。关键词：珠三角地区；科技金融产业；融合创新；调研报告IABSTRACTThe
