2、tenthestabilityofhumansociety.Chinahasmostpopulationintheworld,withlimitedgeographicalfactors,arablelandareaisnomatchtothepopulation,coupledwiththedevelopmentoftheeconomyandurbanization,therehavebeenlotsofhighqualityarablelandwereoccupiedeveryyear,whichexacerbatedgrainsafetyissuesinChina.Inrecen
3、tyears,globalgrainsecurityissuescontinuetohighlightandChina'sgrainself-sufficiencyrateisalsodeclining,changesintheglobalgraintrade,economicandmarketenvironmentalsoaffectsChina'sgrainproduction,butourgrainproductionsupportpoliciescan’tcopewiththesechanges,whichisanurgentneedtoimproveourexistinggr
4、ainproductionsupportpolicies.ThisresearchstudythechangeprocessofChina'sgrainproductionsupportpolicy,aswellasthestatusofimplementationandeffectsofpoliciestosupportgrainproductionatthisstageoftheimplementationofthepolicy,andfoundtheweaknessofChina'sgrainproductionsupportpolicy:managementmechanismi
