1、AbstractInourcountry,smallandmicroenterprisehaveoccupiedtheabsoluteadvantageintermsofthenumberofmarketmainbody.Inthemicroenterprisegrowthstage,theproblemofmicroenterprise’sfinancinghasnotbeensolvedeffectively.In2015,primeministerLiemphasizedtheideafurther,andhecameupwiththe"publicentrepreneurs

2、hip"and"innovation"topromotethedevelopmentofsmallandmicroenterpriseandtorealizethestructuralreformofourcountry'seconomy.Inthiscontext,itisparticularlyimportanttoexploreChinasmallandmicroenterprisesfinancingdifficultproblemcausesandthecorrespondingcountermeasures.Inthispaper,theauthorcitestheth

3、eoryofinformationasymmetry,summarizesthepredecessors'existingachievements.Firstly,thewriterintroducesthedivisionstandard,thedevelopmentcharacteristicanddemandoffundsofsmallenterprisesinChina.Secondly,theauthorhasanalyzedthesmallandmicroenterprisesfinancingstatusquoofcurrentstageinourcountry,an
