3、ypicalknowledgeworkers.TheprocessofCPDisactuallyaprocessofknowledgecreation.TheefficiencyofCPDisinfluencedbyknowledgefactorsandcloselyrelatedtoworkefficiencyofdevelopers.Meanwhile,knowledgeasimportantinputandoutputresourceofenterprise,ismoreimportantthanthetraditionalland,laborandsoon.Anyac

5、retheexactfocusofthisarticle.ThisarticletakesCPDastheobjectofstudy.Itanalyzesknowledgefactors,knowledgeinfluencingmechanism.Themainresearchesandconclusionsareasfollows:First,thearticlestudiedthelongitudinalandtransverseprocessofCPD.,andanalyzedtheworktypeofdevelopers.Then,constructedaknowle
