2、tratesthatstartingbusinessisunusuallydifficult.Itwillbealotharderwithouthelpsfromgovernments.Inrecentyear,duetotheinternationalfinancialcrisis,themigrantworkersreturninghometownarejoiningtheranksofentrepreneurship.Researchshowsthatcomparedwithuniversity
3、students,themigrantworkersreturninghometownasaspecialentrepreneurshipgroup,thesupportofgovernmentalpolicytheyreceivedisseldom.Governmentdepartmentsatalllevelshaveputforwardaseriesofpoliciestothisproblem,however,theiroperabilityandeffectivenessarequestio
4、nable.Thispaperistakingtheoptimizedpathofentrepreneurshippolicyforthemigrantworkersreturninghometownasresearchobject,anditisaimedtofindouttheproblemsanddesigntheoptimizedpathonentrepreneurshippolicy.First,thispaperstartswithmacroanalyzingtheentrepreneur
5、shippolicyforthemigrantworkers,andgetsasummaryaboutthecharacteristicsoftheentrepreneurshippolicyforthemigrantworkersreturninghometown.Also,thispaperusestheJiangxiprovinceasanexampletoillustratethecharacteristicsanddefectsoftheentrepreneurshippolicyforth
6、emigrantworkers.Second,thispaperevaluatestheeffectsofthepolicywiththemethodsofquestionnaireinvestigationandinterviewfromthreeaspectswhicharethemigrantworkers’opinionsorattitudesonwhatdotheyknowaboutthepolicy,whatdotheythinkaboutthegovernmentexecutionand
7、whatdotheywantaboutthepolicyappeals.Onthisbasis,thispapermakesacomprehensiveevaluationonentrepreneurshippolicy,anditisconcludedthatthepolicyhasthefollowingproblems:thedesignofthepolicyisunscientific,theexecutionofthepolicyisineffectiveandtheenvironmento
