3、owledgeandskills.However,nowadayintherapiddevelopmentofurbanizationandindustrialization,theupgradingoftheindustrialstructureandthedevelopmentofhightechnologyhavemoretherequirementsofhumancapital.Whilelandlesspeasantshumancapitallimitsthemtogetbetteremploymen
4、topportunities,andresultthemdifficulttoadapttothemoderncityindustrialdevelopmentrequirementsandtomoderncitypublicsuccessfully.Meanwhilethemostimportanttourbanizationistorealizepeople'surbanization.Andwiththeincreasingscaleoflandlesspeasants,landlesspeasants'
5、citizenizationhasbecomeincreasinglyimportant.Howtorealizethelandlesspeasantscitizenizationisthekeytoachievingtheharmoniousdevelopmentofthesociety.Andtheroleofhumancapitalonpeasantsemploymentismoreprominent.Sothisarticlefromtheperspectiveofhumancapital,invest
6、igatedlandlessfarmersinYushanCountybyquestionnairestocollectdatatohaveempiricalanalysis.UseSPASSfactoranalysistodeterminethethreemaincomponentsofhumancapitalandcitizenization,thatistheknowledge,skills,healthandqualityoflife,socialintegrationandthepsychologic
