1、名度高、旅游价值丰富、资源类型组成状况较差、空间分布的分散性这四个特征。对临汾市文化旅游资源的综合评价采用的是两种方法的结合，即AHP决策分析法和特尔菲法。最后从分析计算数据的结果可以看出，临汾市文化旅游资源的综合评价得分为7.28分，较高的分数说明了临汾市文化旅游资源的开发有着较大的潜力。通过对分析研究区开发现状和计算综合评分后可以得出临汾市文化旅游资源的开发中存在的问题有：产品的创新不足，导致开发的水平不得以提高；整体管理上的松懈，资金的补充不到位；市场吸引力的不足引发的客源面较窄；传统的营销手段，宣传力度不高；不完善的旅游服务体系；景区服务
2、人员文化水平不高，专业性人员的稀缺。为解决这些问题，本文把前人研究的传统解决方式与创意科技性的方式相结合，提出了开发对策：突出文化特色，打造特色产品；加强管理体系；吸引更多企业投资；创新开发模式，明确特色产品；市场定位明确；品牌合作的力度加强，推出精品文化项目；完善旅游服务体系；培养更多专业人才，提高景区服务人员整体素质。【关键词】文化旅游资源；开发和保护；临汾市【论文类型】基础型IIIIItourists’demands.ByprecipitationofLinfencityinhistoryofculturalresources,hasthe
